All babies start out as a Berenguer doll, I then carefully reborn the doll into a life-like Artist Baby, surely to be cherished for a lifetime! Many hours of love and hard work are put into each and every baby, something I pride myself in. Realistic Newborn Skin Tone

Each baby's skin tone is so amazingly realistic. My background with painting, drawing etc. along with having four children of my own has helped me to come up with a very well blended skin tone. Each baby has been hand painted inside and out, using my own special method of blushing, with only high quality pigments. No dyes were used. They have a wonderful, healthy glow cannot be completely captured by photos.

The bodies are then replaced with a cloth one made of muslin, sewn by me, then carefully weighted with poly pellets and stuffed lightly with cotton. Some babies have full vinyl arms and legs so they can wear a variety of clothing! Most babies will fit into a preemie size perfect but can also wear some 0-3m clothing too.

All babies are reborn with a soft wispy wig or mohair wig.They will also have hand applied eyelashes for those beautiful baby eyes! The nose will be gently opened so they can breathe. I never cut the mouth open. I use magnets to keep the pacifier in place on babies with closed mouths.

Special Removable Full Body Plate

Some babies will come with a special full front wrap around belly plate, or full front and back plates. Each piece is a separate, fully removable plate, that has been perfectly matched to the baby's complexion, and specially lined on the inside. Tuck them in place and display the baby as you like. The nails have that fresh clipped look! They are painted with light, not white, acrylic paint that leave them very natural looking, and then sealed with matte sealer so they will not chip.

Each baby will come with his or her very own custom certificate with photo. The new mommy can rename the baby if she pleases, just let me know and I will put the new name on the certificate. Each baby will arrive with usually 2 sets of clothes, one sleepsuit and one playsuit (shirt, hat, bottoms) with matching pacifier, Gerber's snap bottom undershirt, 2 diapers, socks, and blanket, and stuffed toy animal! All clothing items are brand new and of the highest quality.

All babies are reborn in a smoke and pet free home. Reborns are no longer considered toys and are for adult collectors. They are not to be a child's play toy.
